“I absolutely love the hotel. The staff was very friendly Tom always had a smile on his face and was able to direct me or get me anything we needed. I love that we were able to have two queen beds and a pull-out bed most the time we can't find a hotel with enough room without one of the kids having to sleep on the floor so that was a big plus. The housekeeping staff was very nice they didn't bother us or repeatedly knock on the door they waited for us or if I ask for something she was not hesitant to stop what she was doing and get it for us. We really enjoyed our stay and when or if we come back to Lubbock this will definitely be our hotel of choice. Thank you very much the Silhan family! I also know what it's like I've worked in the hotel business most of my Adult Career life so smiling faces and kindness does go along way yall nailed, it good job!”
