Unsure if they do dinner or whether meals can be sourced within the vicinity. Staff met us on the roadside where we were very kindly dropped off by Sapa Express bus - well organised by both parties. Free transport to the airport.”

I arrived at the airport and unexpectedly found a driver holding a sign with my name on it - even though I had only booked a few hours before that and it was after 10pm by then. Bao made it possible for me to find food when I was finally able to get out again (at 1am) even though there was absolutely nothing open nearby.”

Brand new hostel , near airport around 1,5 km and cheaper. I really enjoy it . Staff friendly, room and dorm clean , very cheap and important near the airport. If you have longtime waiting flight, this hostel is beat choice for you . View so nice , hot water, AC and wifi working well. I'm lucky when i stay here . He answered all my questions before the trip quickly and also provided a free airport pickup for us, their staff waited us at arrival area with name board which made us feel warm. Although the night we stay was out of electricity(the whole area was out of electricity), the owner solved the problems soon that we were satisfied with all the things during our stay. Strongly recommend and will reserve again when I go to Hanoi next time.”
