Lovely space to stay and to work. Clean space, nicely furnished with lots of natural daylight. Very responsive staff who helped handle the booking request as well as last minute changes that came up. Close to a supermarket and the Olympia Park. I'd definitely stay there again.

Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Super recommendable, cozy apartment not far away from the center, and Sylvia (host) is absolutely amazing. We entered the apartment with a completely filled fridge with lots of different foods and drinks which definitely helped us in our stay. She offered us help with everything and welcomed us greatly. Definitely worth it

You can catch public transportation less than 1 block away in either direction. This will take you to multiple locatIons or The U lines which will take you all over Munich and beyond.
