Recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, the rooms feature modern furnishings, wood-beamed ceilings, and tiled floors. Some have a balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette. I believe that the views from this room are the best in Riomaggiore! Paolo, the host, is very welcoming. He met us at the parking to make sure we learnt how to open and close the parking gate and walked with us all the way to the apartment telling us the history and story of his village. it’s a package experience I would say..

Less than 10 minutes walk away from La Spezia station. Room was clean and there was refreshments provided. The building was safe and secure. My room even had a balcony of the street.

We loved everything about this apartment… beautiful, comfortable and the location for us was perfect … short walk to the train station. Esmeralda was an excellent host.. she made sure we had everything we needed & provided so much information about restaurants, sites, etc in the area. We were even treated to a bottle of wine when we arrived!

She and her husband and their dog drove me around to the bus stops every time I needed to go to the town(as the location is a bit inconvenient). Also the restaurant near the place is so good with the best food. The BnB is done up so well. My favourite room from all my stays in Italy
