Hello we mostly arrange for our lovely guests to self check in. This means there is a key safe outside the front door. We send you the code for the box. Inside is a front door key. This allows you access to the house. The first thing I wish to say is, we are in a lovely town called Torpoint. We are not St Ives, or Padstow, or even any other sea side town in Cornwall! Yes we are close to the sea but I am also in a town, so please don't confuse our location!!! We are great. ( we think ) but do not expect Poldark !!! Hello we are a family run ( with help from friends ), we are an end terraced Victorian House, we are warm, welcoming but quite simple in style. We are not trying to re invent what a B and B is, and we certainly are not an hotel. We hope you like our simple traditional style. We also suggest you might consider holiday insurance for longer stays. Until further notice we will be implementing a self check in service for arrivals. We have a key safe by the front door. Guests will be contacted on their day of arrival with details. We hope this might help with later arrival times.

We have an angry neighbour who enjoys sitting at his lounge window and waiting for cars to park outside his house. He enjoys shouting at people! So I suggest do not park on Wellington Street, our front door is actually around the corner at Kempton Terrace. There is usually parking outside please even park outside our double blue garage. If confused please just ask.
