The accommodation is bright and spacious generous space, offering a large double bedroom, large living/dining room, kitchen and shower room. It is part of our own home but is separate and private, with its own access. Off-street parking, fast WiFi, heating & simple breakfast (fruit, cereals, milk, tea & coffee) are provided. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large fitted wardrobe with storage cupboard. The living/dining room has a relaxing sofa views to our garden. There is a 32” HD TV with 100+ free to view channels through a Roku stick (there is a spare HDMI slot if you have your own subscription services). A dining table with four seats is provided. Well equipped, the kitchen contains an oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full suite of crockery and utensils. To get your trip started we provide simple breakfast items, such as cereals, milk, tea and coffee. The shower provides on demand hot water. Heating is available throughout which can be controlled to your requirements – making it very cosy. Complimentary WiFi and an off-street car parking space are also provided.
We are a married couple who love Perth and exploring the city and surrounding area. We have been offering our accommodation for 5 years and have thoroughly enjoy hosting hundreds of people in this time, from all over the world. We look forward to extending our hospitality further with you. Away from home we love to travel and always like to have our next trip planned, too!
The accommodation is located in a very popular, friendly residential area of Perth. However, the city centre's shops, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible by foot, car or public transport. It's a 5 min drive or 20-25 min walk to the city centre's amenities, restaurants, bars & shops. Similarly, other local services, such as supermarkets and swimming/leisure facilities are easily accessed. We are extremely close to Perth Royal Infirmary (PRI) (a 5 minute walk) and easily accessible to Perth College UHI and major businesses, such as Aviva and SSE. Other cities, the Highlands, scenic areas & attractions are easily accessible; Edinburgh & Glasgow 60 mins, St. Andrews 45 & Dundee 30 mins drive.
