This all-ground-floor property comes with one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double with TV and a twin (zip/link, can be made into king-size on request) with TV, together sleeping six people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. 10 The Link is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Cumbria. No Stags / Hens or similar permitted at this property due to the location where the property is situatedPlease note that during November, there will be limited, on-site facilities at the onsite facilities during winter season from first Monday of November to end of the year.

Flookburgh is an ancient village on the Cartmel peninsula, resting close to the shores of Morecambe Bay on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park.
