The modern living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day, with 2 comfortable sofas a 43 “ large flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout. The open plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The house also boasts a private garden with outdoor seating perfect for enjoying the British weather. Whether you're a contractor on a long-term job, or simply looking for a comfortable and convenient base while you explore the area, our 3-bedroom house is the perfect choice. A far better choice than hotels, very cost effective for a group. Close to the A602 & A1M , Stevenage train station and less than a 20 min drive if you are working in surrounding nearby areas, such as Hitchin, Hatfield , Luton & Knebworth. Can Sleep up to 6 People. 6 min drive from 3 retail parks with local amenities and a 24 hour Asda Superstore.

The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes walk away, with regular buses running to Stevenage town center, train station and other nearby towns.
