This was by far the best Airbnb/holiday let I have ever had and I’ve stayed in loads. The boat is beautiful and a few minutes walk from Thorpe park. It was so amazing waking up in such a beautiful setting and having a coffee on the deck every day. Simon is an incredible host and has literally thought of everything. He had phone chargers, shampoo/conditioner, coffee etc, all the things you think you need to bring he has provided. The yacht club on site has delicious food at affordable prices too.

Our Boat Rhapsody in Blue consists of 3 bedrooms made up of a Double bed, Twin room and another bedroom with Bunks beds plus 3 Bathrooms,(consisting of two Toilets and washroom facilities, master Ensuite that includes a shower). PLEASE NOTE MULTIPLE ROOM BOOKING IS FOR ONE PARTY OF FRIENDS AND OR FAMILY. WE DO NOT BOOK INDIVIDUAL ROOMS FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW EACH OTHER. ONCE A ROOM IS BOOKED THE BOAT IS YOURS AND YOUR GUESTS ONLY. Kitchen, Dining area, lounge, 3 external Decking areas (Smoking allowed only on outside Decking areas). She is 57ft long has ample space. There is a yacht club on site that is open Thursday to Sunday serving food and Fully licensed bar. Chertsey and Egham Villages are just over a mile away with various great restaurant's and Brasseries by the water RIB, is ideal for not just family breaks with THORPE PARK LESS THAN HALF A MILE AWAY, but a great break for couples, Anniversaries, special occasions, Perfect for a chilled weekend away with various things to do such as vintage boat rides on the thames from May to September, Windsor castle, Hampton Court, Chessington World of adventures and lego land. * Please note, Rhapsody is not suitable for wheelchair or disabled access, Due to step access only onto the boat. * Please also note Facilities on a a Boat are Different to property on land. If there is anything you would like to ask about before booking please feel free to as we would rather address your questions first to make sure you are happy.
We hope you enjoy your stay on Rhapsody which is our 2nd Home. Whilst a Boat is different from a house we have done everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as a home. We have 3 bedrooms allowing 6 guests in total 3 Washrooms, two with toilets and a master ensuite with Shower, Toilet, wash basin etc. Given a boat is very different to a land property, we would prefer guest to use the secured (card entry only) underfloor heated secured shower room, which is less than a 2 minute walk from the boat, which will make you stay easier and reduce the intake of information required :) The shower rooms are fully tiled with 5ft x 3ft walk in showers, Hairdryers, Shaving points and other facilities. Each one is a PRIVATE lockable room. We have shared a guests review on the Shower room "Lovely And Peaceful. Such An Amazing Unique Place To Stay. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Lots Of Technology And Great Location. We Stayed For My Husbands 40th Birthday And We Were Able To Relax And Go For Walks. We Went To The Friendly Welcoming Yacht Club A Few Times For Drinks And To Play Pool. THE SHOWER FACILITIES ARE A GREAT ADDITION TOO, UNDER FLOOR HEATING AND SPACIOUS, WELL WORTH THE 2 MINUTE WALK" IF YOU BOOK FOR 2-4 PEOPLE YOU GET TWO ROOMS IF YOU BOOK FOR 4-6 PEOPLE, YOU GET ALL THREE BEDROOMS. ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED THE BOAT IS FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS ONLY AND CANNOT BE BOOKED BY OTHER PEOPLE NOT KNOWN TO YOU. In 2024, we shall be offering Thames Cruises for those staying over a Saturday night. If this is off interest to you, please feel free to ask and we shall provide the details accordingly.
Thorpe Park, Egham and Chertsey. Rhapsody in Blue is obviously in a Marina, the neighbourhood is to be respected and therefore rules are applicable for the outside decks. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OTHER THAN THOSE WHO HAVE PAID FOR ACCOMODATION. We must be informed if you have arranged to meet friends at the boat regardless, if not the marina and ourselves reserve the right to ask all parties to leave immediately. Outside decks are the only areas you are allowed to smoke and must not be occupied after 10.15pm and before 7.30am with the exception of an individual seeking quiet time. CHECK-IN TIMES ARE BETWEEN 2.30PM-6PM. If you require a check-in time outside of these hours you must inform us at that time of booking and we will confirm if this is possible. If you do not inform us until 48 hours before check-in there will be an additional charge for check-ins between 6-8pm CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE BETWEEN 10.30AM -11AM.
