Modern standard at the property. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable room with ample of storage space. Clean bedding and towels provided. My stay at this property was relatively inexpensive. In my opinion the standard of this property surpassed the standard of some of the hotels that I happened to stayed in during my time in Liverpool. Very welcoming, kind and super friendly manager. I would definitely recommend :-)

Communal kitchen was spotless and very modern. Close to public transport and the stadiums is a nice added bonus, would absolutely recommend this place!" Recently renovated Victorian townhouse in a centrally located area. 6 bedrooms available, 4 with ensuites and 2 with a shared bathroom, check out my listing to see them all. Bookings are on a room-by-room basis, with a shared living room and kitchen with the other guests. All rooms have TVs, Wi-Fi and hot drink facilities. Free street parking is available but not guaranteed directly outside the house all along Rocky Lane. The City Centre, Liverpool and Everton Stadiums are all within a 10-minute drive or with excellent bus links. There is also access to a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest staying 3 nights or more.
