Property information

Our apartments are in an ex police station located in a conservation area in the centre of Ashton-in-Makerfield with all the amenities you would expect, also Haydock Park Racecourse is a short walk. We strive to ensure, cleanliness, comfort and value for our guests. Ideal for contractors, trade, business and leisure travelers alike. Our two bed apartment has a double bed, two singles which are zip link bends and can be made to one Super King size, there is also a sofa bed. It also has a spacious through lounge and fully equipped kitchen with a private bathroom. Our first floor one bed apartment, has a double bed and a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with a private shower room. Our room only option has a choice of two single beds or one super king bed with private shower room, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Our family friendly one bed ground floor flat has a triple bunk bed comprising of a lower double and upper single whilst the sofa bed is a double. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a private shower room. You can take advantage of those sunny days and evenings with a BBQ in the courtyard and relax on the patio furniture. The studio apartment has two single Ottoman storage beds which can zip linked to create a King size bed, well equipped kitchenette and private shower room. There are complimentary items like tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter etc dependent on room type, you may also see other snacks and treats.

Neighbourhood information

Close to Haydock Park Racecourse and in a bustling town centre with traditional pubs, restaurants, trendy bars, fast food outlets etc all in walking distance. Located halfway between Manchester and Liverpool close to junction 27 of the M6 and the A580 East Lancashire Road getting around couldn't be easier.
