Company information

I have owned this seafront apartment for many years and it is my sanctuary. Over the years I have renovated, added special ornaments, created memories and spent hours watching the amazing sea. I have one sofa looking directly out to Walpole Bay, with a set of binoculars so you can see the boats bobbing along. We love to share the place that we have so loved. So please come, enjoy the apartment, the views and the wonderful Margate vibes. We'll keep in touch with you via AIRBNB messages but will provide you a with our local manager's number should you have any emergencies.

Sea front position overlooking the famous Walpole Bay, Walpole Views has three sea views...from lounge, bedroom and balcony you can see the sea. Georgian inspired interior, elegance & sophistication combined with home comfort. We've been told our apartment is the 'loveliest in all of Margate'. Panoramic views, modern kitchen, separate shower & bath (with TV!), comfy bed, balcony off the bedroom with sofas - perfect for glass of wine on a Summer's evening. Sanctuary by the Sea...

Neighbourhood information

Margate is buzzing, we have so much happening in our town. From concerts at Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, The Old Town, fabulous restaurants, bars, music venues and cafes popping up all over the place. The art scene is really strong, inspired by Tracey Eminen, you can spend hours looking around the many art shops and galleries located around Margate. Walpole Bay Tidal Pool and sandy beach is literally right on your doorstep, property is directly on the seafront. Cliftonville is officially the coolest neighbourhood to live (TimeOut) and you reach this central within about a 5 minutes stroll to Northdown Rd. Here you'll find Uber cool cafes, a treasure trove of reclamation shops, furniture shops and Aldi!
