It is ideal accommodation business or trades people who are working in the area, and for people visiting family where the family might not have enough room. If you are moving house or maybe having work done on your property our self catering accommodation is ideal for a short term stay. In a rural location with lots of countryside around. The B&B accommodation is in the main house and guests staying in the main house are welcome to use the kitchen as staying away from home can be expensive if you have to purchase takeaways each evening. The log cabins are ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is a kitchenette and a lounge area with an archway to the bedroom which has twin beds (please note that there is no door that closes the lounge off from the bedroom - it is simply a doorway). Cooking utencils are provided, but if there is anything that I might have missed or additional utencils that you require - please feel free to ask. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and my prime objective is the comfort of my guests.

Located in a country lane just 4 miles from Basingstoke. It is a perfect location, only 2 miles from the village of Hook which has everything you need and 4 miles for Basingstoke which is a thriving modern town. The train to Waterloo goes from Hook station and only takes 1 hour. Close to the M3 motorway and just off A30. There are fields to the front and the rear of the property and woodland to the south. There is a train line near by, you can see the Orient Express go past some days. There are a couple of pubs close by, The Old House at Home which is in walking distance and the Coach and Horses in Rotherwick is one of my favourites, it's a traditional English pub with good food. Tylney Hall is close by which is a wonderful 4 star hotel and the grounds are beautiful.
