The residential area offers a quiet surrounding in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola. This ground floor apartment has a 20 m steep staircase since it is in a hilly area. The balcony has the most beautiful view of the lake and the balcony is accessible from the living room area. The lake is 3.2 km away and is at a 300 m distance.
