The apartment has been treated in detail trying to create a comfortable environment suitable for a holiday where you can rest after a day at the beach or around. The apartment is totally independent with private entrance. The environment consists of a bedroom with double bed accompanied by sheets, blankets and pillows with balcony overlooking the main street, the living room is spacious with sofa bed, table, chairs and Smart-TV including Netflix; the terrace with chairs and table is recommended for an outdoor aperitif, the fully equipped kitchen with microwave and traditional oven, coffee maker, pots, plates, cutlery and glasses; the bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer and warmer towels. The structure is equipped with windows with mosquito net, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
It is located in Quartu Sant'Elena about 1.5 km from the Poetto beach reachable on foot, by bus or by bicycle; next to it is located the Molentargius Park with its typical fauna and the famous pink flamingos, in the park you can go jogging, picnics and bike rides admiring nature and the old salt factory with the possibility of excursions by train or boat.You can also easily reach the beautiful Sella del Diavolo where you can go trekking and admire the beautiful views. The location allows you to reach Cagliari city only about 7 km away, and all the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The area is served by restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, banks, post offices, newsagents, supermarket, fuel supplier and bus stops. In the evening you can go to the promenade where you can listen to music and dine outdoors.
