The rooms and the property were clean ! However there are multiple hotels in the same building and therefore common entrance and areas were both that clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok however not at level of 4 star hotel. The location is perfect and majority of sights were at walking distance.

Opened in 2012, the Demetra Hotel is opposite the Rome Opera House and 5 minutes' walk from Termini Station.
