Perfectly furnished studio, air conditioned, with private bathroom, with fully furnished kitchenette and relaxing little garden/terrace where have lunch or dinner or even catch the sun in the very full center of Ortigia….. First floor of a private building. This open space is exclusively reserved just for our Guests. One-roomed apartment with 1 king size bed for 2 Guests and a comfortable and new sofa-bed for further 2 young Guests or 1 adult Guest and 1 young Guest. For a further young Guest is available even a single folding bed to place in the same room fittable for 1 young Guest. Total occupancy is for maximum 5 Guests (3 adults and 2 young guests more) The zone is really very central so offering all the needed services for a comfortable holiday: shops, grocery, bars just at 1 meter from the sea, restaurants, pubs, amazing historical attractions to visit. Everything is far just 50/100 meters from the apartment just reachable just with a relaxing walk for a very a few minutes.

The studio is really very ventral located in Ortigia island (delicious historical center of Siracusa city) relaxing life style and surrounded by exclusive architectural beauties. The location is really central in Ortigia (the charming but lively island / historical center of Syracuse), making it ideal for a convenient and easy visit all major tourist attractions, as well as offering comfort in reach a lot of bars, restaurants, shops , market food, etc ... in only 1/2 minutes walking. Only 50 meters away are the beach, free of charge, "Cala Rossa" and the beach "Arethusa". The sun / beach "Forte Vigliena" is instead about 3/400 mt.
