Very friendly staff (especially Marsha who takes the best care of every guest as it was her own friend; also makes great cappuccinos! 🙂), clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, perfect place (1 min walk to bus station and ferry port, from where you can easily reach Bellagio, Varenna and the rest famous Como surroundings).
