Hello, your hosts are Nancy and Martin Stein. Anyone who has ever been to Lake Como will fall head over heels in love with the lake, the landscape, the people and the lifestyle . This is what happened to us and our two little sons Luay (6 years old) and Leonel (5 years old). With the first apartment we have fulfilled our personal dream and by renting out our first apartment “Cipresso 2” many of our guests have been able to share in this dream. We now run three of our own apartments on Lake Como , our second home. We lovingly decorate our apartments, carry out any repairs with passion and are constantly working to optimize our service for our guests. Two modern Panoramic Lakeview apartments 2-4 people at the BEACH. TERRACE, CHARGING POINT ELECTRIC CARS, GARAGE, FAST FREEWiFi, COFFEE machine, smartTV, AIR CONDITIONING, 1 large sofa bed/2 pers., 3-seater sofa, extendable dining tables with 4 chairs, BABY chair, BABY seat for toilet. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom fully equiped. Modern kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, 4-induction hob. At 50m: 2 restaurants, boat rental, 2 bars, wine shop, groceries, bus stop. FREE PARKING Our two modern Panoramic Lakeview apartments with Terrace and private garage (subject to availability) has a lovely view on the lake. The appartment is just 5 km from the beautiful Menagio. From there you can take a ferry for example directly to Bellagio. The crossing takes only 15 minutes. Lugano (Lake Lugano, Switzerland) is also only 30 km away by car. Both have a charming practical kitchen with coffee mashine, microwave, oven, complete kitchen equipment for daily needs (cups, pans, plates, cutlery, pepper, salt, coffee, tea) , extendable dining tables with 4 chairs, BABY chair, and electric watercooker. In the bright living you have a comfortable 3 seater sofa where direct contact with the kitchen and the terrace. The pictures in the overview of the advertisement can differ from the apartment, because on the one hand we have two apartments with identical location and equipment in the assortment, our apartment is regularly upgraded by new modern furniture and according to availability the apartments are allocated.

Neighbourhood information

Menaggio and Belaggio are always worth a visit. Our apartments are only about 4km away from Menaggio. In this picturesque place you can linger wonderfully or take a quick ferry over to Belaggio. If you prefer something sporty, Cremia is the place to be. Cremia is also about 4km away and offers everything a surfer's heart desires. In Cremia you can walk directly on the beach, cycle or jogging. At the start of the route and at the height of Pianello del Lario you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and bars. If you visit Lake Como in winter, you can't go wrong. St. Moritz (Switzerland) is only 90 km away. If you also visit Lake Como for skiing, you can also visit the direct ski area Valchiavenna – Madesimo/Campodolcino It is only a 45-minute drive from the northern end of the lake. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 13 modern lifts with a total of 60 km wide and well-groomed slopes. Of these, 22km (blue) are "Easy", 29 km (red)" Medium", 9 km (black) "Difficult".
