Immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, facing the islands of Tavolara and Molara: just 5 'walk from the beach of the residential village of Cala Ginepro, a newly renovated studio with a bathroom entirely carved into the rock in pure "Costa Smeralda" style with shower. Outdoor shower. barbecue and gazebo, ideal for eating out. Studio composed as follows - living room with kitchen and two sofa beds - a bathroom - large outdoor area with table and chairs Quiet (no contiguous road nearby), but at the same time very well located. Possibility of having a rubber dinghy at your disposal from the Cala Ginepro beach for a fantastic excursion in the Protected Marine Area of Tavolara Capo Coda Cavallo. Furthermore, if necessary, we have our internal car rental at super discounted prices. We are waiting for you!

This wonderful Villa is inside the exclusive residence of Cala Ginepro (Monte Petrosu – San Teodoro), with astonishing sea view and the surrounding mountains from the solarium. It’s a very relaxing and peaceful place both during the day and night. Calm and quiet (no congested road in the neighbourhoods), at the same time it’s located between Porto Taverna / Cala Girgolu beach and Capo Coda Cavallo, the heart of San Teodoro beaches, 10’ from the centre and 15’ far from Olbia and its airport, a strategic position to visit the Northeast Coast of Sardinia. In conclusion, this is a location of great value for a Dream Vacation in an exclusive environment that will allow you to discover some of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
