A modern and stylish apartment located on the 7th floor of a brand-new building. The apartment is well-equipped and perfect for up to 4 guests. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a spacious living room and kitchen area, complete with modern appliances including an oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it perfect for preparing and enjoying meals made at home. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a fold-up double bed, which is perfect for a child, and a working space with a desk. The other double bedroom has a balcony with a view of the Castello Baradello, and it also features an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom also features a shower, as well as a washing machine. Our guests will also find an iron and other essentials for their convenience. There is another bigger terrace which offers a great space for soaking up some sun. The property is generally accessible for people with some mobility issues, though not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There is an elevator in the building and no steps. There is one assigned parking space.

The property is within walking distance from the busy city life. Supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants are located just next to the apartment. Como old town is around the corner, and Como San Giovanni train station is a short walk away. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the lakefront.
