First of all I want to thank the owner Donatella who contacted me before our arrival and met personally at the apartment. The fridge was full of food for breakfast and not only the sweet Italian breakfast but cheese, eggs, ham etc. + fruits + welcome champagne ! She was available at any time with support - booking a restaurant table or a taxi on Christmas day when it turned out public transport was ''on vacation''. The location was central, easy to walk around the town and reach Ortigia on foot. It was the best place to stay during our trip to Sicily! Thank you ,Donatella and your family ! Francesco and Donatella should run a school of CUSTOMER SERVICE. The apartment was fantastic but what really made the difference was our hosts. They were very helpful, providing information about Syracusa and all the time at our disposal in case we needed something. The apartment is very conveniently-located and it has all facilities we could need. The kitchen was full of supplies, we were able to cook and even save some money from eating out! Really, really friendly hosts and not only do I recommend staying in Francesco and Donatella's apartment, but I will definitely go back there when I get the chance!

A spacious flat with everything that you need. Many details and plenty of equipment that you can use. The fridge is full of fresh food, juice, eggs, pesto, yogurt, and in the cupboard there are ingredients to cook a whole meal - all offered by the generous and very attentive hosts. Wow, we have stayed in many rental apartments all over the world and this was without doubt one of the very best equipped we have ever had. The fridge, the cupboards, the bathroom, just packed with an array of everything. The apartment is also very nicely furnished and the bed extremely comfortable. It was also very useful having a washing machine. We loved the location as it is within 20 minute walk of Ortigia but also very close to Siracusa historical sights. We were also able to find free parking nearby. Both Donatella and Francesco couldn’t have been more helpful and easily and readily available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. at all times during our stay. We loved Sicily so much we are planning to return next year and hopefully the apartment will be available when we do!
