Property information

Residence Victoria - Royal Garden in Viale Innocenzo XI, 75 is located a short walk from Como city center and is closed to an underground parking (a paid parking, rates are available on-site). The apartments are located on the ground floor and overlook the internal garden of a rationalist-style palace built in the nineties. All apartments are Air Conditioned, equipped with kitchen and private bathroom. The garden is south facing so the sun illuminates the "Living" spaces throughout the day, the roses and oleanders are the setting for a large green space. In the garden there are tables and umbrellas. The building has no architectural barriers and is also suitable for people with disabilities. The decor is modern with the exception of a few pieces of very sought after antiques, the environment is cool in summer and warm in winter and offers maximum comfort in a very pleasant setting. The entire hotel is equipped with WI-FI free line (on your arrival you will be notified of the access password).

Neighbourhood information

Adjacent to the headquarters of the Lombardy Region, 400 meters to the State Railway Station and 500 meters the Carrefour Supermarket. In the area you can find plenty of free parking and the parking deck Quarto Ponte Como. No more than ten minutes walk through the center to reach the pier where boats leave the navigation of Lake Como. The apartments are fully furnished and offers a room for tourists, travelers, and families from 2 to 6 people. It 'a shuttle service available from Como to Milan / Malpensa at a cost of 100 Euros.
