Property information

Villa Giada is a structure made up of two distinct and separate villas, each independent and with its own entrance and external space. Inside the property there is a beautiful private swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests. Villa 1 is composed of: large living room, kitchen equipped with every service and utensil (including coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, etc.), three double bedrooms and two bedrooms each with 2 single beds for a total of 10 beds. The Villa has 3 internal bathrooms (each with shower). The external part consists of a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden and the sea (not far from the Villa). Villa 2 is composed of: large living room, kitchen equipped with every service and utensil (including coffee machine with pods, electric kettle and microwave oven), three double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds for a total of 8 beds . The Villa has 2 internal bathrooms (each with shower). The external part consists of a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden and the sea. In the garden, which can be accessed from both villas, there is a beautiful private swimming pool, 13 meters long, 5 meters wide and 4 meters deep at its deepest point (there is also a shallow water area and a diving board for diving). THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 10.00 AM TO 7.00 PM, FROM 01 MAY TO 31 OCTOBER. Both villas have air conditioning, wi-fi, sheets, towels, barbecue and private internal parking.

The property is located 1.5 km from Piraineto train station from which you can reach the historic center of Palermo and the airport. Not far away there are supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacconists, bakeries, greengrocers and many other commercial activities.
