Absolutely exceptional experience. The farmhouse is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. However, it’s only around 30 minutes away from the beach and surrounded by good restaurants. The building itself was absolutely stunning with clean, large rooms and exceptional service.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lananai! It has a beautiful and peaceful location in the middle of nature. The room and bathroom were lovely and comfortable, decorated with taste and everything was perfectly clean. Amazing place with a beautiful garden and outside view over the mountains for anyone looking for a quiet get-away from the touristic areas. The place in real-life is bigger than how it looks on the photos. The host, Carlo, and his wife, Cristina, are very warm kind people with a lot of tips on beaches, restaurants and places to visit in the area. Breakfast is served with eggs, fruits and veggies from their own garden. Furthermore, the kitchen is sufficient, providing everything you need to cook your own meal and, lastly, there is a very nice outside shower which we ended up using more than our own shower.

The most perfect stay we could ask for to begin our trip to Sardinia. Lananai was like home away from home. With Carlo's homemade food, traveling and dining recommendations, and overall care for his guests. Everything is carefully thought of, and with just 3 rooms in the property, it is all very friendly. Communication with Carlo was smooth from the get-go, and he accommodated our late arrival, gave us (amazing) tips for the area, and for Sardinia in general, and made us feel very welcomed. A must visit if you plan on staying in the area, and we would definitely love to come back here.

Der Gastgeber Carlo ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag liebevoll angerichtet und immer etwas variiert. Zuerst gibt es jedes mal frisches Obst. Es gibt eine große ordentliche Küche für die Gäste mit Esstisch und allem was man braucht, um z.B. abends selbst zu kochen. Den Kühlschrank darf man mitbenutzen. Besonders schön ist die überdachte Terrasse vor der Küche, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns im Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt.
