A lovely luxury type villa with a big garden and a beautiful view of the sea, island city and muscle farm. The kitchen was a little small but manageable. A very pleasant stay.

Beautiful villa on the sea with fill view of Ortigia island. Interior decoration is comfortable, a mix of modern and ancient. The house is composed by a bedroom, cooking room, bathroom and a large living room. The house is located 3 km from Siracusa city center and it is easily reachable by car or public transport. In my house you will find a large sea view garden with a comfortable relax space where you can relax and enjoy the beatiful view. The house, moreover, has a private access to the sea. The house in semi-detached and the garden and the parking space is shared with host. Guests will have access to the internal parking (on payment).
The host is available to drive guests in each step of the journey: from the advices about places to visit to advices about restaurants where eat best sicilian food. The host offers various extra services: - boat excursions with departure from the house to explore the costs and cliffs of natural reserve of Plemmirio - fishing tourism, a day in a fish boat - rent bike
The house is 10 minute from the Siracusa city center. The district è well furnished and in 100 meters are available restaurants, food markets, gas stations, etc. You can reach the house by car (using Siracusa-Catania highway) or by public transport (bus stop is 3 minutes far).
