Third time in this hotel, but first time after the rename into Gran Custama. Some things did not change: the hot spring was great (with a sauna!), and the capsules were quiet. Locker size was perfect, and there is a baggage room to store large suitcases in the lobby. The 2nd floor is a great place: you can relax, get a free drink, and eat free curry with rice 24/7.

Gran Custama Ueno

Located just a 3-minute walk away from JR Ueno Station, カプセルネットグランカスタマ上野店 features a large public bath and a sauna. There is a 24-hour front desk and free luggage storage is available.
