Food and hospitality were amazing. This was our 1st day in Japan and we stayed here as it was very close to the snow monkey park. The onsite onsen was an extra bonus which eased the aches and pains of our long haul flights. We don't often use B&Bs when travelling but would definitely recommend this one.
