The rustic ambience. We were upgraded to a duplex with a little extra charge and we absolutely loved it. The duplex provides Lake Gregory view from both the rooms. The interior is simple but sophisticated and rustic. Loved the attic. The bed was so cosy and the view… WOW. Breakfast was amazing. Very tasty Sri Lankan food. Shan, the host was very welcoming and helpful. He explained the room and amenities although we checked-in late at night. Provided us tuk tuk the next day for sightseeing. Recommend places to checkout. He has created a list of recommendations for his guests. He even checked from time to time through Whatsapp if we were doing fine. After checkout, he also offered to help us with anything during our stay in Sri Lanka. Very helpful and friendly. Nice guy.
