These bookings will be charged in full 14 days prior to arrival (this excludes Non-refundable bookings which will be charged at the time the booking is made). Property access information is always sent to you on the morning of your arrival, via the message centre. Omaio evokes Peace, Quiet and Tranquility from the moment you arrive at this very special luxurious holiday home with unobstructed panoramic Lake Views. Situated on 2 levels offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, relaxed and formal dining areas, lounge and a cinema/media room and a lift between floors. Step out from the indoor heated pool room to the terraced patio overlooking the lawn and gardens, or hop into the outdoor spa pool under the stars. Downstairs 1x Queen, 1x King, 2x Singles (can be made into 1x King upon request), 1x Single + 1x Single over Double Bunk. Upstairs 1x Super King (can be made into 2x Singles on request), 2x Singles (can be made into 1x King upon request). You must give us at least 7 days notice if you require changes to the bedding configuration. There is a 2.3% charge when you pay with a credit card. There are security cameras operating in the driveway and outside of the entrance of the house. There are no cameras operating inside the house. No extra costs - linen and exit clean are included in the nightly rate. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. The house is fitted with smart sensors that monitor noise. The equipment does not take photos or record conversations. It sends alerts if noise is above a threshold for a sustained period.
