The Homestead is a jewel. Everything is just perfect and the host Kahu an incredibly nice and lovely lady who takes so much care of the house and the surrounding. Amazing!! We loved it.

Are you looking for something a little different? You found it. Only 1km outside of local amenities this home has an idyllic semi rural feel on acreage. An expansive property with abundant birdlife, Tuis, bellbirds, grey warblers, kereru and the smells of native New Zealand bush all on a manicured property. Listen to the Moreporks at night and the odd hedgehog visitor whilst you sit out on the balcony straight off your bedrooms french doors under the starry night. An absolute hidden jewel. I go to lengths to make sure your stay is memorable, from the little homely touches to a wood stove with stacks of firewood plus two hear pumps to keep you cozy in winter with elwctric blankets on all beds with French doors in the bedrooms to fling open in the summer to let light and sunshine in. All the luxury and comfort you would find in a boutique hotel but in a stand alone home where you have complete privacy. A nurturing home and surrounds so if you are after a space of your own and nurturing to rest you.......to comfort you........to heal you, come I am currently blocking out one day prior and post your stay to give you peace the home is yours
I share the property just over the fence in my cottage that you may just see through the ever expanding garden paradise. I am available if you need me or will leave in complete privacy. The choice is yours.
