Riverside Country House is a tastefully furnished, Self Catering House. Set at the foot of the majestic Langeberg Mountain, alongside the Koornlands River. Just a mere 500 meter walk along picturesque Faure street, lined with Oak Trees into the hub of Town. You will have use of the Entire Home with a private, enclosed garden. Spend chillout time on the sun lounger alongside the pool on the pool deck. Or have a picnic at the bottom of the garden, under the 50 year old River Willow tree to the sound of the stream of the Koornlands River that runs pass the bottom of the garden. Light the Boma, fire pit ( wood provided ) & watch the sun go down over the spectacular view of the Langeberg Mountain. Sit in the Country Style Kitchen around the central table & spend quality family time over meals. Fully equipped with Smeg Gas Stove, fridge, chest freezer, dishwasher. A separate pantry & Laundry room. Catch up on your reading & get lost in one of the two oversized couches in the lounge. In winter light the freestanding fireplace & play board games around the coffee table. The Eight sitter Dinning room table can be used as a work station for your laptop. Dinning room area opens up to a private stoop with patio furniture leading onto the pool. The upstairs bedrooms (2) both have a queen size bed & cupboard. The couches in the lounge can also be used as alternative sleeping place. All linen, bath & pool towels are provide. Bathroom with toilet, hand basin & large open Shower. Riverside Country House comfortably accommodates 2 Adults & 2 Children, or 4 Adults. Walk out of the front door to explore nature. Hiking & Mountain bike trails are literally on your doorstep. Horse trails in the Marloth Nature Reserve can be booked at your own expense. Swellendam Golf course is rated as one of the top nine hole gold courses in the country. PHOTOS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!

Whether you're looking for a romantic countryside hideout or a family get together our host, Lynette will be there to welcome you. Swellendam is a wonderful town to escape "life" and take a slow down for a few days or longer.
Located in a Peaceful & Safe neighborhood. Safe for Children & Families. Most sought after neighborhood in Swellendam. Walking distance to Coffee Shops, Drostdy Museum, Restaurants, Marloth Nature Reserve. Hiking & Mountain bike Trails literally on the doorstep. Whatever takes your fancy, take a casual stroll into the hub of Town a mere 500 meters. Ride your bike or take your car into Town to do a food shop at our local Checkers or Spar ( +- 2.00 km). Ample Parking in Town.
