I left early for airport so the hotel has prepared A LOT OF FOOD for me! Just wonderful!

Other facilities available at this property include a business centre, and meeting/banquet facility. Never has a 5-star hotel reached my expectations like this one. Decorated a friend's bed and sent up complimentary cake, extended our check out time, was in a fantastic location right next to a mall and in the city center. Check in was smooth, room service was quick and the cleanliness was always on point. It's convenient, service was prompt and reliable, it's as advertised. Staff are always friendly and kind to speak with. Would recommend for short or long stays. This place makes me want to return to Surabaya.

Situated in the city centre, the eco-friendly accommodation Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers offers elegant and spacious air-conditioned rooms. This property boasts an outdoor pool, 4 dining choices and free Wi-Fi throughout. Everything. We can’t find any fault at all. very comfortable stay. we wished we could stay longer. The staff were amazing. Buffet Breakfast were one of the best. Locations very convenient next to the mall.

The pool and gym facilities were some of the best I’ve seen in Surabaya. They also made the room special for Valentine’s Day for my special person. It was truly a wonderful stay.
