Location is beautiful - awesome views in all directions. The apartment is super comfortable - we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Host Sonja is soooo friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to provide exceptional service and extra touches. The parking spot in the underground garage was terrific. In my opinion, Brunnen is the perfect place to experience Lake Lucerne - the mountains are magnificent on the north and east ends of the Lake. And the city of Lucerne is only 30 minutes away.

Very comfortable room with a really nice view of Lake Lucerne with mountains in the background. Mt. Rigi is just across the lake and there is an unobstructed view of the summit. I don't know the age of the hotel but has the appearance of being old, yet has modern facilities. Breakfast was nice and included hot items. There is a small well-stocked grocery within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was geared towards the residents but still had a nice selection of snacks and drinks.

This hotel is beautiful! A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful lakeside hotel with exceptional management and staff. We received 5 star treatment throughout our brief stay and will definitely make a plan to return in the near future. The breakfast was amazing with the full spread of hot and cold choices on offer. Our lake facing room had spectacular views of the majestic snow covered Alps as well as the tranquil waters of lake Lucerne.

A very nice stay. We love this quiet little town on Lake Lucerne. It is truly a gem when visiting this area. The view of the lake is unbeatable from this hotel with very easy access to swimming in the lake. The hotel is very nice, very clean, excellent staff and wonderful food. Highly recommended if you want to visit Lucerne but don’t want tot stay in the busy city.

The hotel has an amazing location, right next to Lake Lucerne and 10 minute walk from Weggis ferry stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room with private bathroom were very clean. The view from the room and balcony was amazing. The swimming pools were great, especially the outdoor pool with the stunning view.

Outstanding view of Lake Lucerne and surrounding mountains. Great staff. Kudos to Andre, Pascal, Rosa, and of course Chico! The walk down and up into and from the little village is tough. The hotel is some 150' altitude above the village. Unfortunately, no restaurant yet, but the breakfast was included and was excellent!

The quality of the room was excellent - with beautiful views over Lake Lucerne and the beginning of the Alps. Hotel dining is exceptional with 2 Michelin star restaurants. The hotel spa is also superb with an outdoor infinity pool and jacuzzi, and indoor sauna, steam room and tepidarium. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was included, but at 350.00USD per night lunch and dinner should of also been included. Very convenient location to the lake and covered bridges and other touristy things. We do not ski but just a short walk to Lake Lucerne, the views of the Alps was amazing. Parking was available at Euro 22.50 per day.

We were given an upgrade to their adjoining property, the Schless Hotel, which was across the street and right on Lake Lucerne, a magnificent view and location just a few minutes from Lucerne. Room was spacious and you felt like you were in a castle. Breakfast was also amazing.

This is arguably the best Hotel location for views - it's up on a hill, you have to get up via an elevator. You can see the entire city, Lake Lucerne and surrounding Mountains. Get the room with Balcony and you will be able to enjoy the best view.

Excellent location, right in the heart of old town Lucerne. Very close to Lucerne train station and Lake Lucerne! The apartment was perfectly equipped with all amenities, there was ample room and the host was super helpful. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is located right on the bank of Lake Lucerne with lovely views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The staff is incredibly attentive and immediately helpful. Breakfast is copious and of the highest quality.

Wonderful location looking out over Lake Lucerne. Worth paying extra for a room with a lake view, because the view changes radically as shadows lengthen or retreat. Evidently very popular with local Swiss tourists.

Location on Lake Lucerne was great, and near mountains and hiking. Parking under the hotel was convenient and not too expensive. Breakfast was good, and staff very helpful. Old town, just a short train ride away.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is simply unparalleled in terms of natural beauty, and eating breakfast on the terrace, overlooking Lake Lucerne, was definitely one of our trips' highlights!

The view was spectacular facing the lake Lucerne. The location of the hotel was also perfect, so close to take the boats and to the lake. It was also quite close to take the tele-cabin to the thermal bath.

Excellent breakfast. Superb location. Lovely old, traditional hotel right on Lake Lucerne, in the best spot imaginable. Eat by the lake! Excellent staff. Total efficiency. Excellent bath.

Araven on the reception desk was really friendly and helpful . The restaurant staff were also pleasant. Located about 5 mins walk from Lake Lucerne, easy to take ferry from there.
