The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne).

The resort sits on the Bürgenberg mountain and offers several restaurants with terraces, as well as panoramic views of the picturesque lake and the mountains of Central Switzerland. One of the best in terms of hospitality outside of the chain hotels I stayed in, was greet by name wherever you go. Facilities i.e Alpine pool, spa, gym, restaurant all was top notch. Only lacking is time, the resort is huge and do no justice if staying for the weekend.
