The radiators were constantly on throughout our stay, we couldn’t turn them off. Free tea and coffee facilities would be a nice touch too

We came for skiing and the hotel is situated in a perfect location just a minute walk from the gondola.

I had a lovely few days at this hotel and i will be returning! On arrival i was upgraded to double room on the 6th floor with balcony and beautiful views which was a very nice gesture. 2 ladies at the reception Christina & Silvia were extremely helpful and friendly and thanks to them I discovered a beautiful ski area in Ordino Arcalis just a short bus drive away. And what a fantastic skiing it was there…the best!

The room was very comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and it was in a great location. I did not partake in the breakfasts, so I can't speak on how that was. Though, there were some decent places nearby to grab food and coffee.

Clearly not the fault of the hotel but the street outside is very busy and there's no parking though there is a restricted space for dropping off luggage etc. Parking is available at an additional cost in a nearby car park - certainly the nicest car park I've ever used! Having said that the geography of Andorra is such that towns are crowded into the valleys with just one option for travelling up and down so it didn't surprise me that roads were congested with slow-moving traffic. So I imagine that any hotel you select would be in exactly the same situation!

The staff were the best! Could not do enough for you, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a huge range of food available. A lovely balcony provided a great rooftop view Would certainly stay again! .

AS most of the bedrooms in Andorra, there's no A/C. This specific weekend was tough, but at least they provided a fan (something other hotels don't).

There is no aircon in the room which might be a little hot during daytime in the summer. But temp is bearable though, there is electric fan. But during night time, temp is good if windows are open. Breakfast choices are not too many so can opt this out.

The location in La Massana is very accessible to the bus stop going to Ordino or Andorra La Vella. We liked staying here than in Andorra La Vella. It was more relaxing.
