In bad area of town, although just on outskirts. The second bedroom was small and couldn’t open door without moving on of the beds over.

Apt was very clean and spacious. Near all attractions.

Everything inside is a little bargain basement but okay if not looking for 4 stars. Separated bedroom pretty cramped. Bathroom woodwork is a little moldy.

Location is great. Small supermercados and bakeries everywhere. Great tapas nearby. Good energy in El Ravel. Easy to get to, just reference the MACBA 2 blocks away. Good room for 2 couples.

We were not able to check in prior to 5pm and had to wait for a host to meet us and we were not able to extend our check out past 11am, so we had less than 24-hours in the apartment and it was on the more expensive side.

Couch in the living room was a bit dirty. The bathroom really smelled if you left the fan on - it sucked the sewer smell from the drain up into the apartment. The design of the shower is problematic - it is impossible to shower without getting the floor very wet. There was a broken lamp in the second bedroom, but it was not fixed during our stay even though we brought it to Manu's attention.

Location was good, place was comfortable for the most part. I was glad to be on the top floor. I liked that there was a washer and dryer. The windows blocked the street noise very well. The host had written a very useful guide for us.

Location was excellent- walkable and lively. Lots to do around and a real taste of what the 'Raval' district is like. We loved our stay here and would 100p recommend this spot to any family travelling.

Not much to report really. There could have been some additional pillows/blankets available and the kitchen could have been stocked with starter items like salt/pepper/oil but this didn't really impact us. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

Great location for access to everything in city. The neighborhood is a little on the fringe (e.g. we had a fight break out at our morning cafe downstairs) but we felt safe overall and had access to shopping, dinner options and site. The apartment itself is just what you need. Nothing lavish but was comfortable: Air con worked really well, beds were good, blackout blinds on the windows and Nesspresso machine. Host was very attentive throughout. We had an issue with the fridge and the host resolved it very quickly; in fact they just bought a brand new one to expedite the resolution.

I don’t have negative things to say about the property, but its location was a bit sketchy for our liking. When we first arrived, on the corner 100 meters away from the apartment, there was a guy getting arrested. It was not comfortable for us to walk the street at night, so we avoided staying later than 12.

The apartment itself was really amazing. Big and comfy, with a really nice bathroom. The kitchen had everything.

It was difficult to connect with the hosts for information or requests (we did not receive any response in the final 2 days of our stay). Soap and toilet paper was not replenished during our stay, despite our multiple requests. The location was very noisy with activity from the streets below as well as other tenants in the building which made sleeping a challenge. The unit as well as the neighborhood was not very clean. There were some concerns with the booking weeks before check-in and the property management company did not take coordinate well with Booking.com to make some important arrangements, which was disappointing.

Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were convenient.
