I got in late due to flight delays - paid for an upgraded room, so I would get breakfast included as suggested by the front desk. However, because I checked in at 3am due to flight delays - I missed breakfast, as breakfast ended at 11

it was a great travel thanks for the accommodation in Conrad Dubai. everything was better than I expected. the wonderful staff helps for the tiny details for everything and any time. I've no tiny negative thing to share. thanks for being a part of good memories.

The only thing I did find hard was the heat which was 50' and the pool felt like ice water. But that really isn't something to complain about. I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel that is why I only stay there.

I always stay at this hotel, the transport is straight out the front door, the club lounge is the only way to go, fantastic staff. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is super. Will be staying again next Aug for a week. The shopping is excellent.

Our Stay was too short... lol! I liked everything.

Breakfast? Million of varieties to select from and each and every food is delicious. Room was sparkling clean, bathrooms were very modern and simply perfect - new thick towels. The swimming pool on the 6-th floor is fantastic - never experienced something like that; huge garden all around it, and remember, you're on the 6th floor, only in Dubai! Problem resolution is at the highest level in this hotel - you have a problem with your card accessing the business lounge? They don't send you all the way back to the reception; instead, they see you struggling and then open the door for you from inside, invite you in, offer you drinks and food, grab your cards, add the access to the lounge facility, bring back the cards to you, apologize in a very polite manner and all this with a big smile - pretty utopic, right (my daughter called the hotel a "Barbie Land")?

1- A bit old, needs some minor renovations n fine tuning to make it look better 2- The maintenance were too slow, it took them more than 6 hrs to fix the room phone & AC, I had to go downstairs twice to ask them, kinda frustrating

The elevators do not seem to work well because it takes many minutes to arrive at 6th floor (restaurant) and Ground Level (Lobby).

The Conrad Dubai is very convenient for visiting to Dubai World Trade Centre. And restaurants are very excellent.
