Only one thing, but that didn’t influence our rating. However it is definitely something that should not happen in a 5 star beach hotel. Beach bag was not provided- hotel personnel told us they are out of stock, for more than 3 weeks. We asked multiple times. On our question how come everyone has one, they told us those guests who have it are there for more than 3 weeks, and offered us a plastic bag as alternative. To make it clear we payed for a 5 star hotel experience and not supermarket experience.

Hotel is amazing, the entire area of the connected hotels is beautiful. We used buggy’s and boat rides inside the resort, all the time. The service of the hotel is amazing. All employees are extremely polite, child friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Extremely high hygienic standards. Complimentary water on the beaches, pools and in the room several times per day. c We are a family with 2 kids so we also used 2hours of supervised kids club also with no additional surcharge. Breakfast and dinner simply beyond all expectations. Complimentary Nespresso coffee every day.

The water sports activities on the beach like jetski’s are over priced!

Amazing hotel and well maintained! The breakfast is one of the best ever! A huge thank you for the duty mangers Yana and Mohammad! They are wonderful and professional! A big thank you for the club car stationed guy at the hotel and to house keeping Baroun who is always smiling and attentive! Will be back again for sure!

The bathroom lighting could be better.

Very nice resort, above expectations. We ended up having two rooms with sea view despite booking garden view. Helpful staff, great gym, very efficient buggy service. The Jumeirah complex comprises 4 hotels (or more) that are interconnected. There are plenty of exquisite restaurants and everything can be reached on foot (maybe not in summer, because is the heat).

Some stuff need more to know how to be more flexible the check in staff

The manager she is morning shift amazing I face many issue and details for check in but I informed the manager she really deal immediately and upgrade me and let me check in she is amazing

Unfortunately, they banned access to the beach and outdoor swimming pool after 7 pm. for kids. Actually, kids weren't able to get swimming before 5.30 pm , because of sun and hot weather .

We waited a long time to check in so I would say more staff needed at peak times for checking in.

We love this complex. All the staff are amazing, always attentive, making the trip feel very special. The rooms are great, we really enjoyed our visit.

Food very expensive. The rooms far from elevator,swimming pool small,checking in was not satisfied at all.and the bathroom there was no hose pipe.
