Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsEverything was excellent but AC was too much and it was difficult to increase temperature or stop the AC fan, eventually ended up switching off the AC as it was already cold outside.
Location of hotel was near to metro station, which was very convenient for me to travel and there was drop-off/pick-up location which helped with taxi travel. Room was big enough for 2 people and staff maintained cleanliness and kept the room worthy of rest.

PolandHotel has some age and renovation would be helpful, but beside that everything was really OK.
Very polite and friendly staff. The room we had was really big. Nice was also very early check-in. We could enter room 10am, what was helpful as we arrived early in the morning. Good quality of food and metro nearby. I can recommend that hotel without a doubt if You do not want very fresh one.

The location is superb especially if you want to do gifts shopping etc. The train station is very close and some 24 hours decent food options too. Mr. Raaj at reception and Mr. Moin Uddin from housekeeping were exceptional in their respective services.

During my recent 4-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira, I experienced a truly delightful stay from start to finish. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, and the check-in and check-out process was not only smooth but impressively quick, taking no more than 5 to 10 minutes. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the attentive and friendly staff. Special thanks to Syed, Midlaj, Salman, Salman, and Sajjad, who went above and beyond to make our time at the hotel exceptionally comfortable. Adding to the overall relaxation experience were the fantastic amenities on the property. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room, suana and fitness center were not only well-maintained but also contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I was very satisfied with the included breakfast in my package. The two daily menus provided a diverse array of options, including a variety of egg preparations such as omelette and cheese omelette, boiled, poached, and scrambled eggs. The spread also featured an extensive selection of breads, croissants, donuts, tarts, jams, butter, juices, coffee, tea, cereals, fresh fruits, beans, pasta, and more. Overall, it added to the positive experience during my stay. The room itself was cozy and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Any additional requirements were promptly addressed by the attentive staff. Additionally, the property's location significantly contributed to the overall positive experience. Situated conveniently, there is a metro station right next to the hotel, making traveling around Dubai remarkably easy. The lively neighborhood adds to the appeal, with numerous open establishments even late at night. This accessibility and vibrant atmosphere further enhanced my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira. In conclusion, my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira was nothing short of exceptional.
