Near from shops and restaurants beside riqqa metro station, just 4 stations from airport by metro, nice and polite stuff, clean , comfortable, suitable for family it is near flat than room

This Hotel is a rare find! You know notice where other hotels are going wrong when you experience top service like the J5 Rimal. I read their reviews and was sceptical but stayed here for 2 nights and it really is a great hotel. The staff ask you repeatedly if there is anything they can do to make the stay nicer let us know. Always on hand. I highly recommend this Hotel.

It is not my first time to stay in J5 Rimal, i like it so much, 5 min walking from Rigga metro station, a lot of super markets and restuarnts around it, also it is very near from Airport, about 15 to 20 min by metro.

No disposal toothbrush, no pan, no disposal slipper, no mini conditioner, no mini lotion, no disposal hair comb

1- The bath doesn't have flexible hose which make it not comfortable when taking shower as the tube is narrow and the shower head is fixed 2- the power sockets are not easily approachable. They installed at the ground level behind the lockers. Not easy to plug the charger 3- the pillows are light and a bit thin

The location was excellent. I/we as family stayed at J5 more than 5 times. Sooo clean, spacious, quiet, Every employee has an amazing behavior. Sooo cooperative, knowledgeable, welcoming ....etc. Helen dearest, Adejo, the tall men (receptionists), the rest of the team....noooo words to express my deepest satisfaction. God bless you all.

I booked for 2 persons but in the morning when i was going to prepare our coffee, i noticed theres only 1 coffee mug. 2 times i was there the guy who checked us in was warmer and friendlier, even adjusted my check out time.

Sketchy and dirty neighbourhood, Cleanliness could be improved, The dishes were not very clean, We cleaned the floor and toilet as they needed it, you could see it with the naked eye, Bathroom door has space for airing.. smell comes in the room..,

Amazing staff, water brought at any hour, Great breakfast menu (restaurant, not included breakfast), spatious room, good amenities, late checkout free of charge, 7 min to subway station that can get you anywhere in town on same line, great soundproofing

The first tangible sign you encounter when you return home, you get connected to the WIFI. This exactly what happened to me upon my arrival in Dubai when I was approaching the check-in desk of J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments. You don’t only feel at home emotionally, but technologically as well. Nothing is fancy about this place, but, definitely, comfort is a prominent feature. Hassan, Waleed, Helen, and the rest of their coworkers are the friendliest staff you can have in any hotel.

There is not enough pillows and you need to ask for slippers, toiletries. It should be provided without asking!
