Wonderful stay. We spent the day at the pool area and had lunch in the restaurant. The food came out cold; however, Vishnu attended to this right away once realising I was unhappy. Lovely hotel for a couple or for a family with plenty of amenities and restaurants to dine at.

everything was excellent, we enjoyed all the facilities and buffet dinner. the only thing disappointing was that my husband found a piece of broken glass in his wine.

Everything especially the staffs! Very rarely that one finds quality staff beyond smiles and pleasantry. These individuals not only pleasant, they know their product, they take pride in their work and that is rare. They are not just workers, they are professionals. Thanks to every single one of them. Well done! Also we were surprised with balloons, cake and rose petals for my wife's really belated birthday. We were not expecting anything but they went out of their way which was very much appreciated. The hotel is grand, well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has a convenient floor that connects to a mall without being chaotic or noisy. Room facing the croniche is graced with divine view. If anything can be improved would be the volume of the door bell. It was very faint and if the TV is on, the door bell could be missed. Finally... THE BREAKFAST! 10/10! My wife takes avocado for breakfast daily and since we were skeptical in finding avocado during breakfast, we bought a couple only to find breakfast was not short of them! Vast choices of pastries, healthy options, variety of made to order eggs, Asian station, granola, museli and nuts, choices of honey and freshly baked bread... we would stay at the hotel just for breakfast!

The staff were lovely we ate in all the restaurants can not fault one perfect. The beach house was so lovely and accommodating I travelled alone with my kids and they were so understanding and the service was so efficient across the board. Best of the personal butler service was great. All of my requests accommodated would struggle to find one fault.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the GYM. The gym is small, old exercise equipment, and not much varieties of equipment. A five-star hotel is expected to have a better gym with higher class equipment and verities in the equipment.

Such an exceptional, absolutely amazing hotel - the level of service here is literally perfect to the t. From the first moment you enter the lobby that looks very much like a scene from titanic through the awesome staff and beautiful panoramatic views (at least from our sea view room) to the tiniest details such as everyday notes from our butlers left at our room when we returned from the beach or pool in the evening - all of it makes you feel like you never ever want to leave. This trip was mostly just to try something new but left us so amazed we will be back for sure. Special thanks to Mahoni and Fauzi, our butlers, Kumar and manager Rajkumar, who took care of us during breakfasts, Arimardan Kumar, the manager of Catch, who made sure our experience was unforgettable and really made us feel special by his great hospitality and attention to every detail, and all the staff that went out of their ways to ensure we had everything.
