The shower had a defect in the room allocated.. the water was accumulating on the side opposite to the drain and hence it was like a pool in the shower within few mins... that felt unhygienic

the hotel needs renovation. I have stayed at novetel earlier which is only a few meters from this hotel. That property is newer compared to this one. I wanted to stay here so I can have an alternative. But I believe Sheraton is an older property and needs to be upgraded.

the breakfast is good. We are strict Jains and the restaurant provided jain food. the location is Viman Nagar and its always having lot of traffic. But its still a better road to stay then the central part of Pune.

I just felt the water pressure in the taps and faucets in the bathroom could be more stronger.

The staff was very professional and friendly. A special thanks to mr. Jitendra who is the manager and extended himself in the most hospitable way to my requests. Right from concierge to front off staff to restaurant and housekeeping all pretty good. Highly recommend to other travelers. Good luck.

Overall, the property is good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast is reasonably good and offers good value for the price we paid. The property is a 10 min walk from Phoenix Market City mall in Viman Nagar and 20-30 min walk from the Aga Khan Palace. Overall it offered good value at a good price.

My meeting was in Viman Nagar so the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was nice and spacious, and I was upgraded to the Executive Floor, which was a bonus. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Small things, like my ask for a hard bed, were attended to promptly and attended to my satisfaction.

The comforter cloth was worn out and had Pilling . They changed it upon request but did not solve the problem The Door Key had issues. My room was on 9th floor and it was a nightmare to go back to reception to change the key everytime it didnt work The bathroom had smelly drain on day1 but they fixed it from day2 onwards

The puri-bhaji, batatawada, medu Vada at breakfast wasn't something to rave about. The Indian restaurant mutton shorba was pathetic, worse was the tomato shorba. Housekeeping kept the iron in our room the next day. The floor towel was cleared but not replaced on the 2nd day. The spa is almost always without a receptionist. Spa costs are exorbitant.

Everything but the taste of food. The housekeeping service were friendly with our senior citizen mother.

The property is a tad bit old and the signs are mostly evident in the washroom, rooms, restaurant facilities and others.

The property is very well located and also very convenient for airport travel. It's good hotel with signs of wear and tear being evident throughout the hotel.

The evening Ala carte menu was limited. The order took considerable time to be served and cooking was average in quality as also very high in chillies and masala.

The breakfast was reasonably okay. The menu was limited but well made. The bar was well stocked but the alcohol was possibly mixed with water.

The confectioneries like doughnuts/cakes were stale, which were offered at the breakfast.

The Welcome staff was extremely polite. When asked for water, was offered juice and made us comfortable by seating us in the lounge till the formalities of check-in were done.

Room looked a little tired, however I was given to understand that a refurbishment programme was either in place or about to start.

Location splendid, aside from the hold ups immediately outside the premises because of the current roadworks., but this will pass. Good value for money compared to other hotels nearby

it is a good apart hotel but not to be rated a 5 star. staff are very helpful that made our stay pleasant. my stay was for 5 nights and with sealed windows and no balcony, i felt suffocated.
