The staff, the location of the hotel were exceptional! Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island and it was extremely relaxing! Food and cocktails just exceptional! We loved every minute of our stay. Our room had amazing view of the sunset and we loved the outdoor shower overlooking the bay!

Ensure glasses/mugs/ hot drinks/mini bars are cleaned/replenished every day as well as the shampoo/conditioner topped up. The conditioner especially got clogged up or had seperated.

Breakfast choice was great! Some unusual dinner combinations & sometimes repetitive lunch options. Fun to have a 'cocktail of the day' as well as a variety of others. Great to be able to choose mini bar selection.

The sunset view rooms are a little hike up the hill (but so worth it if you're able), so if you are physically unable, I would suggest getting a room on the beach, which I'm sure are just as beautiful. Also, the location of the resort was about 40 minutes away from a couple of things we wanted to do off the resort, but it was ok, we got to enjoy the drive and scenery. Just keep this in mind when scheduling a ride to Sting Ray City or to the airport, but the receptionist (Maria is amazing by the way), will set everything up for you, you don't have to do a thing.

The ENTIRE staff was amazing. They were so warm and welcoming. I've never been anywhere that I've had better service. I've also never been anywhere that I've been so sad to leave mostly because of the staff. They all made our stay there so special, and we will not forget them. If only everyone could be so kind!..... The chef was amazing, and the food was exceptional and delicious. The views were spectacular from most anywhere on the resort, but we had a Sunset view room with a plunge pool. The private outdoor shower was a special touch. We would shower in the evening as we watched the sunset before going down to dinner. The rooms were clean and comfy. There are 2 beaches, one on each side, both different from each other but equally amazing. The water is the prettiest ive ever seen, and the beach bars were a lot of fun. I genuinely cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was. We were a little anxious because we had never been to Antigua before, so we just picked somewhere based on reviews, and we are so blessed and grateful we chose COCOS! We can't imagine staying anywhere else, and we look forward to our return.

The pool area could have been a bit more inviting, but it’s right next to a beautiful beach so a very minor complaint. Would have liked to see yoga offered every day

Food was excellent, I’m vegan and was expecting little choice, but it was surprisingly good. The chef made sure I was happy by constantly checking throughout my stay. We stayed in a sunset cottage which lived up to it name, stunning

The sign on the beach saying don't move your lounger - staff will help - there just seem to never be any staff to help. The woman in the bar on the main beach - rude grumpy and unhelpful.

There are a few hills to contend with but they are more than worth it for the spectacular views!

We’ve stayed at many places in Antigua but Cocos is our new favourite based on location, service and quality of accommodation and food. We had a sunset villa with pool and the views were spectacular. Both beaches are gorgeous and have drinks and food service. The staff were really professional and friendly and the food was excellent. We are already considering a return visit later in the year.

This is a 10/10 property. Great cottages, cool outdoor showers, two different beaches with multiple bars. Fantastic service too - everyone made us feel so welcome and were ready to help with anything we needed.

Fantastic all inclusive right by two beautiful beaches where you didn't have to leave at all. Staff were incredibly attentive and food was delicious. Fun add ons (massage, beach dinner) were well received and done. Would recommend to anyone, particularly the sunset room for a romantic view of the sea. The outdoor showers were lovely with an incredible view and very private.

Our experience at COCOS was incredible. The staff were so friendly, and couldn't do any more for us. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and hello, what ever time of the day! The food was a la carte (no bufet) so it was so fresh, and the meals were different every day. The location is amazing, sandwiched between two beautiful beaches and lots of watersports to try. We ended our stay with a surprise private dinner on the beach where my partner proposed to me, and the hotel helped him arrange all of this. They videoed the experience for us also. If I could give 7 stars I would. Thank you, we will come again, from Mike & Sarah
