Theabsence of water in the room, and this proved to be a slight inconvenience, particularly considering the off-season timing of our visit.

Enjoyable experience, featuring a pleasant stay, delicious breakfast, and a captivating sea view. Had a decent time, with an alright stay, breakfast, and sea view. The staff was okay, but at least they were accommodating. Parking was a relief, though, and that made me happy. :)

The hotel restaurant has incredibly overpriced food. I ordered the sea bass and paid 18 USD for it, and got 3 tiny pieces of fish and a small handful of vegetables. I was shocked by the puny portion and the exorbitant price. There are lots of great restaurants down the road a ways. I recommend just going there to eat.

The pool was really beautiful and the property is super close to the ocean. Because I went during off-season, the rates were extremely good. Breakfast was also fairly decent.

The gym unfortunately didn’t have any weights and couldn’t be used. And not the hotels place but Dhermi was a bit like a ghost town so I would recommend going at a time of the year when there are more tourists coming through so more local business’ are open.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the great view you had of the ocean and the mountains. Dinner menu was a little simple and expensive but because of this time of year when it is far quieter with tourists, many restaurants in area were not open so didn’t leave us a lot of dinner or lunch options. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff were lovely.

Close to the sea with private beach and comfortable lounge chairs. A bit away from the center which made it very quiet and relaxing but still a walkable distance to Dhermi beach front!

The cleaning was the worst for an acclaimed 4 star hotel. It is extremely dirty below the beds of the rooms. The pillows are not comfortable. The pool was dirty as well.

The location is quite good since we are really close of the beach. The breakfast is okay, but they would not refill juices and coffee even if we asked for, which does not make sense since the hotel would still be serving breakfast for the next hour. The shower is good as well.

Not the best location. A lot of wasteland around the hotel. Kids playing area was in really bad shape. A lot of waste and bottles etc. in the palyground. Was it a parking garage or a warehouse?

This was the most expensive hotel of our entire trip as we travelled up the coast but we decided to book as a treat for ourselves as it was advertised as a spa hotel. We were only told upon arrival that the spa wasn't on. We did book at end of season but it did feel like care was lacking because of this. The pool was dirty with plastic cups floating around in it and there was an empty vodka bottle in the bush next to me.

The hotel itself was very nice and very clean and the room was beautiful. Best shower we'd had for the entire trip. Location was great for accessing all beaches, however, we travelled by bus and its a very steep long walk down to the hotel from the main road with bags.

The hotel has the facilities but everything seems to be dull and neglected, the cleaning not good, breakfast poor, staff not very welcoming. And, the street that brings you down to the beach needs cleaning and attention. Definitely not a 5 or even 4 star hotel that is claimed to be. The beach not anything special, we chose another beach at Dhermi pedestrian area.

If you just need a hotel for sleeping a night or two is fine, but doesn’t offer more.

Overall the staff were so kind and professional, they even upgraded one of our rooms to Suit room. It was amazing! Rooms were clean and ladies were taking care of them everyday if needed. Breakfast was good, and the pool was clean. One of the best things was the garage where you can park your car at the bottow of the hotel since the outside was very hot.

When making a reservation, through booking, we asked for a double bed and not 2 single beds connected together, due to the fact that we have a small baby that sometimes needs to sleep with us. Upon arrival, our room had precisely what we clearly requested not to have, and to mention that until today our written request was never answered. There was no solution nor will to solve the situation from the side of the hotel management. The person in the reception is clearly not fitted to work in a "4 star" hotel, no smiles just straight answers. On the 1st day we've noticed that the toilet wasn't clean, so we asked to clean it again, but the toilet and room stayed filled with black hairs. One of them stayed on the shower wall during our entire vacation (5 days). We spoke to the manager on the 1st day and she suggested us that if we weren't happy with our choosing of "a cheaper room, to go elsewhere. She would give us a refund". This was an attitude presented during all of our staying: a total disrespect for the guests, and if you're not happy > go away. In the room several things fell apart or just need renovation: hangers, toilet paper dispenser, the windows, and it's nearly impossible to sleep with the AC noise. The breakfast is always the same, nothing against that. But when I asked for Nutella for the pancakes the staff looked at me like if I was asking for gold. English is also not their strong, I'm not an English native speaker, but for a hotel with that amount of stars, the basic is requested. The way to the beach is made through a bad condition road, filled with trash and animals (horses) wandering around. The beach is good and well served in terms of beverages and overpriced food.

The room was sufficient, but with a poor relation price/quality. Some of the staff was nice, and the beach was fairly close to the hotel. The hotel has a garage where you can leave your car.
