We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaBreakfast is poor, with no selection, old towels, no hand soap, some lights and soccets did not work, staff doesn't speak a word of English (nor trying) - due to all of these, hotel can't be rated as 4*. If you don’t know any word Spanish will be very difficult to communicate with the staff.
Hotel has a spacious garage, although it would be nice that it can be booked in advance. Good location (Ronda is small, so I suppose any location is a good location). Staff is very friendly but speaks only Spanish.

PolandAddress on booking.com is wrong - you have to figure out right address from the jpg map in hotel’s e-mail about the recommendations in Ronda… I have no idea why the management still hasn’t changed that. And the lights could be changed - window in my room faces inner backyard, so there’s little sunlight and the light from the room lamps is so cold the white that it looks like in a morgue.

CanadaSmelled a bit musty going in, like the laundry hadn't been quite dry when the room was made up. Opening the windows solved this. The shower in our room would not remain in place and the water pressure was difficult to navigate so that it wouldn't rotate the head towards the ceiling. For whatever reason we lost all water halfway thru my wife's shower. By the time I checked with the front desk it had returned. They did have two singles for the main bed and a third single against one of the windows which made the room feel smaller than it was.
The staff was friendly although had no dealings other than check-in/out. The room was clean. The location was close to the bus stop and not far from anything.

United StatesA bit noisy at night. (Street). Thin Walls. Building shared with flat owners/renters. Could serve scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs. There was no eggs at all on Monday. However, a very nice gentleman boiled 4 eggs at the last minute. THANK YOU!

PortugalI would rate this hotel as 2*, in the entrace door it had 3*, in the reservation website 4* ! Too expensive for what you get. I also didn't like that at reservation it said "pay at the hotel", but they automatically charged the room on the reservation guarantee credit card without any authorisation.
I have nothing to write here. What can I say, the check-in staff was nice and friendly.

GreeceThe stuff when we arrived was quite rude. they didn’t even inform us regarding hotel facilities or city’s most important views. There was no sound insulation in the rooms and we could hear every little sound that the neighbours did.
The hotel was located quite central even though there was a 15minute walk to the bridge. The room was also very clean and the bathroom quite recently renovated.

ItalyThe structure is really sad. I was certainly not expecting a luxury hotel, but it is bare and at times shabby. The staff was however very courteous in changing my room due to the noises coming from the freight elevator. Having said that I recommend it for the sole location not far from the station and the main bridge. I wouldn't go back, it made me sad every time I walked through its doors. Good quality / price

CanadaCorridors and rooms are a bit dark. Lights were sometimes dimming in the room. You can feel that the hotel is aging slowly and they are cutting corners to save costs.
Large bathroom with bath and shower (good for families), good location at 5-10 minutes walk from the center (it's up the hill), good parking at 10 euros/night. Clean in general.
