Great Location. Wonderful hospitality from all the staff. Very understanding and helpful staff. Room heating was too good. The balcony view is also good. Good breakfast. A great value for money and pleasant experience.

Theres a foul smell in the bathroom.

When we arrived in the place was full of snow so kids really enjoy the time to play in the snow the whole stay. Having a kitchen really good so we can cook, though kitchenwares were really old. The shampoo & body soap replenish everyday.comfy beds. Nice balcony.

Beds are not comfortable, there is two single Mattress even large double bed

The only thing I would like to change is the kitchen. They gave almost the same lunch daily

I like the location and balcony, from where you have a wonderful view. Room was clean, beds were cosy and comfortable, staff was friendly.

Hotel has a cool view from the balcony. Balcony is small though. Room service was good except the language issue. Cocktails were amazing. Was as expected and described. Worth every penny paid. Reccomended

During snow the road is very slippery, we couldn't take our 8 seater Van next to the villa so we had to carry all baggage by hand to the house, no bell boy or other support provided.the check out time 12pm is very strict.

The location-is very good specially during snow, kids play aria is good, the room heating facility is great.

The elevator was down and not attended to for whole day. the breakfast selection is limited can be improved. Being vegetarian the hotel staff helped me to get some options to consider

The location as per booking.com is not correct. Follow Google maps for the exact location. The room got very warm during night and I wanted to lower the temperature, but when I called the receptionist, he said he can't speak English and hung up on me

Breakfast was available until 11 AM, yet by the time we got there, it was already lukewarm. However, there were some options available, not perfect but still satisfactory.

The room and its spaciousness were excellent. Situated on a rock, the location was superb, offering stunning views. Everything was spotless without any issues.

The breakfast can have more variety, but sausage & egg is a plus also the staff can give more smile in order for the guest to feel more welcomed. Plus, I am not sure but it is really hot in the room despite of being cold outside. There is no A/C for at least cooling the room a bit… literally sweating & mostly my kids.

Nice view from Balcony, a bit old but not bad. It’s clean too. When we arrived, we literally have to use Google translate since the reception cannot speak nor understand English so well. Good thing next day morning and during our last day of stay, 2 ladies was there for us, named lily. She was so nice and accommodate us for late check in or at least keep our baggage since we are going back to Yerevan late.

There was one thing, the chair at the room was broken and we noticed it as checked in yet didn't mind as we were staying just for one night, as we were checking out they blamed us on the broken chair which was definitely done just to earn more money. We didn't pay as it was clearly a scam, be attentive with this kind of stuff, report about broken facilities in advance as you notice.

The location is great, around the restaurants street, the room was spacy and clean with all the facilities and amenities, the reception was 24/7 and good breakfast included in the price.
