The pool and sauna was always wet and the pool shower was very bad because the water was everywhere and the showers don't have doors.

I love the miedical spa, great fopd and the best medical massage from Vahram. Love this place as it's near to Jermuk Gallery.

In the SPA aria the temperature was not warm enough and when you are going out of the pool you are not feeling comfortable.

The air-conditioning in the room was not working (this seems to be standard in Armenia, despite the number of stars a hotel has). In this time of the season (April 2024) it is simply put off. However because of heating systems that couldn't be controlled, the temperature in the rooms was around 27 degrees. To get the temperature down to an acceptable level, windows or doors had to be open all the time.

I liked the Spa facilities and the Medical Center facilities. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were all included in the price. Quality of breakfast and lunch were good. Dinner could have been better. The beds and shower were good.

Checked in at around 7 PM and left by 10 AM next morning as we had to drive to Tatev and then to Yerevan. Couldn't explore it fully but whatever time we spent, it was great.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, offering breathtaking mountain views. We cherished every moment of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The buffet offered delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, where our kids had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Thank you! My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape.
