The hotel itself is a bit outdated, located on a place with nothing nearby. rooms were huge but we were not able to open the windows. We had electric kettle but no coffee/tea/anything.

Hotel's main advantage was its staff who made our stay comfortable. Quite normal breakfast was served in a room directly, but you can't buy any food in the hotel.

Unfortunately, none of the hotel staff can speak English (even the reception). The behavior of the staff was good. The hotel is old and needs renovation. The elevator is old and small. And the ground floor does not stop. The windows of the rooms did not have a good view outside. There is no restaurant for breakfast. A weak and small breakfast is brought to the room (like in 2-star hotels). Some of the floor tiles in the rooms and the corridor are broken and make noise when walking. The air conditioner was making extra noise and they could not fix it until the last day. The toilet door lock was broken. And ... Finally, the grade of the hotel is between 2 and 3 stars. But the price was very good.

very nice palace , staff was ok Specially Bella has been fantastic for everything and the " Nomer adin "such an interesting person. rooms huge and old style was wonderful. Pool fantastic but water was too too cold. breakfast in room tasty but a bit poor. price was perfect. In case of returning to yerevan i'll be back for sure

The location is beside the Highway and due to that sometimes it is very loud. The sewer pipes are thin in the old building and due to that the toilet paper must be thrown in the garbage can.

The Staffs were extraordinary nice. We felt welcomed and they were helpful anytime. Although they didn’t speak English and used Google translate. We were unfortunately trapped by fake Yerevan Taxis who asked for 25000 Dram for the short travel and the Staffs help us reduce it. The Rooms are quite specious and you have definitely enough place to take some rest inside. The WiFi was good as well.

They dont accept cards and it is not mentioned anywhere on their website or atleast they could send a message specifying that as I had alot of discussion with the staff. Staff insisted on paying everything in cash on the spot at almost midnight. Atleast they agreed to clear everything next day which gave me time atleast to take some cash. Rooms need maintenance as in the bathroom there were many spots where the tiles were just missing. Water was clogging just for normal shower, I wonder what would have been the result if I took hot bath.They have a fridge in room but not even a single bottle of water in that. Restaurant is not available for public, it is used for only Banquets. Breakfast was very basic.

It was right next to a very busy road so it was very loud inside. Ear plugs would be needed. Also you need a taxi to go anywhere from here, but it’s only about 3 euros to the cry center.

The price to quality ratio is great - the room is very spacious and beautiful with comfy beds. Definitely the best room we had for this price in whole Armenia. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the swimming pool. The best thing you can have in hot Yerevan where you don’t want to get out before 6pm. Also the air con was working perfectly and it was essential.

Room facilities were almost non-existent; there was no Iron, hair drier, daily water bottles. The most annoying thing was its breakfast. The breakfast was not self-service and they everyday served us with the same food.

The breakfast was in room and it was same every 2 days and it was poor there was no water in room for tea you must buy water from recaption the light of room is not enough there is no market around hotel the location is far from center

there was no water for toiletes. I hate use toilette papers. I prefer to wash myself. so I had to take a shower after using the toilette.

The design is like a castle. and I like lights and windows. It was comfortable.

It is not in the range of a 4 star hotel. Staff don't speak English at all. room service. Bed tools a little old.

Furniture was a little bit old.

Very friendly and nice staff, all the facilities were working and good. The location is also good (a little far, you have to drive or get a taxi/yandex/gg but everything was good. The bathrooms are great but our room was a little bit outdated (especially furniture), we didn’t feel comfortable walking or touching the furniture. Very clean beddings and blankets, only furniture.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES give your clothes to the laundry in the hotel. They will probably ruin delicate fabric. They tried to iron synthetic fabric, it obviously melted, and they didn't say a word about it. Only a couple of days after check-out I found out this. And the clothes had strange smell after the wash. Keep in mind that the hotel is located near a busy road. The closest pedestrian crossing is in about ten minutes walk. There is no chance of jaywalking without risking your life. If you don't plan to use a car, this might be a problem.

The room is HUGE! The breakfast is served in the room, you can choose the time at the reception desk. The breakfast is usually eggs, omelette, porridge, jam, butter. salad and bread. You can also order food from the restaurant at the reception. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a fridge, a kettle and a couple of cups in the room.

The floor was totally dirty, I wasted two pair of socks there. Staff doesn't speak english at all. Location is off, there are no windows you can open, hotel is near main road.

Bed, huge bath in the bathroom, huge room with medieval elements. There is also a pool free for one hour or you can book sauna.
