Please inform clearly about airport shuttle time schedule on booking.com . Drop off from the hotel to the airport only available from the morning until noon. Unlucky, we need the airport shuttle at night.

The room is kinda smelly & humid. Doesn't feel fresh at all even if the AC already On. The Shuttle to Airport is not available anymore so I took a taxi that parked in the hotel. He asked me to wait meanwhile he talked to the male receptionist. Then he's back & told me 100k IDR to arrive Airport T3. I agreed with the price but after we arrived at the Airport he said NO he wanted more. It's 150k the minimum payment. But who decide the minimum payment? You?? Did it written somewhere? Scammer!! I hate these Jakarta people. I am also Indonesian but still ....i hate the way they made money from traveller. The coffee shop downstairs doesn't operate. SUCKS

The actual airport seemed a lot futher away than the distance given in the on-line information and we encountered very heavy traffic on a number of occasions which extended journey times considerably. It seemed hard to get taxis in the Tangerang area without an app and we had some difficulties communicating our needs to the desk staff. The road outside the hotel in Tangerang, indeed the whole area, is never less than 'busy', though I appreciate this is not unusual in Jakarta away from the 5* zones.

Room was fine for what we needed which was a stopover near the airport. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary facilities for a basic stay. Wi-Fi worked OK. The billed free 6 am airport shuttle took some time arriving in the morning, but the time was made up with some pretty hair raising driving, fortunately we weren't in too much of a hurry, but others were.

It is a place just to rest if you are flying,because they have free shuttle to the airport,there are different hotels with this name.Check you book a better one,at the reception they couldnt speak English at all,so they couldnt help me with anything,they were nice to me,but I wouldnt come again.Sorry

about my room had no window , there was a very bad smell from the bathroom because it’s on the ground floor I really couldn’t sleep the whole night it was disgusting.there was no mirror in the room I have to use bathroom’s mirror where I couldn’t stay in it for long time because of the bad smell. a lot of mosquitoes were around the hotel gate but not in the room so be careful.they don’t accept cash at all only cards, so I had to m borrow one of the guest’s cards and paid cash to her to check in.

I really liked the location of the hotel ,it’s close to the airport, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and definitely the pick up and drop off shuttle from and to the airport was free.it was good for the money value just for one night or a few hours it’s more than enough.

i didn’t like the communication with the hotel before my stay. No one responder to my request for the airport transfer service that actually was included in my booking. also my booking said there was breakfast included, which i was told they don’t even have at the hotel.

Incompetent and unfriendly young woman at the reception. Waited 1 1/2 hours to check in. The bedsheets had been slept in and there was lipstick on them.

Unfortunately the young lady at the reception was totally overwhelmed, did not speak English and could not handle very well to book in people. She appeared overworked and her shift appeared to be very long. A young man, Hadid, handled the situation much better the next day. The bed sheets in the room had not been changed and there was lipstick on the sheets and it was visible that tehy had already been slept in.

Location is convenient if you need to stay for one night between flights, the airport is maybe 15 minute car ride away. There are two mini markets next to the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and there is free drinking water which is very nice. Wifi I thought was good too.

Wifi didn’t work well, a lot of mosqitos in the room. Bathroom needs renovation. Very noisy neighborhood. The receptionist wasn’t very helpfull and it was a little hard to communicate.

Bad english speaking staff, transfer scam (they offer you a “free airport transfer” IN A MOTORCYCLE(!). cigarette smoke smell at all time, dirty shower, dirty walls, and full of mosquitoes. I’d killed almost 6, even when the room hasn’t got windows…summarizing: nice lobby, nice photoshopped room pictures but a bad place.
